This global initiative, officially recognized by the United Nations, aims to raise awareness about asteroids and their role in the Solar System, while inspiring future generations to contribute to protecting our planet and advancing space exploration. We invite you to participate in the International Asteroid Day 2026 event and learn about the latest scientific information and discoveries related to asteroids through a series of scientific and educational lectures presented by a distinguished group of researchers and specialists from the Sharjah Space and Astronomy Hub.
