Workshop: Exploring Our Galaxy and Nebulae ورشة عمل: استكشاف مجرتنا والسدم
About the Event
This interactive workshop takes participants on a journey through our cosmic neighborhood and beyond. During the first part of the workshop, children will explore the structure of the Milky Way Galaxy and discover where the Solar System is located within it through a creative model-making activity. In the second part, participants will learn about nebulae, the colorful clouds of gas and dust found throughout galaxies and explore how astronomers use color to identify different chemical elements in space. Through two engaging hands-on activities, children will develop a deeper understanding of our place in the universe while expressing their creativity and curiosity about the cosmos.
